Grade: Senior Associate (based on experience and technical expertise)
Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE)
Experience Level: A minimum of 8 years in the IT industry is required.
Responsibilities: You will provide first and second-line application support, monitor application performance, and assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements: Candidates must demonstrate strong IT literacy, knowledge of databases and SQL, as well as exhibit excellent communication skills.
