Job Description
Phil. Pinoy Job Contracting is searching for a highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment by greeting visitors, addressing inquiries, and facilitating an efficient check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist with reservations.
- Answer phone calls and appropriately direct inquiries.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
- Assist guests with general requests and concerns.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php600.00 – Php700.00 per day
