Job Description
RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy is currently looking for an experienced Inpatient Medical Coder. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing medical records and assigning appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes to ensure strict adherence to coding guidelines. Your attention to detail will play a crucial role in translating medical services into standardized codes, which support healthcare providers in both billing processes and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Inpatient Medical Coder
- Bachelor’s degree in medical records or a related field
- Proficient in ICD 10-CM & ICD 10-PCS coding
- Certification as a Medical Coder is mandatory
- Strong computer application skills
