Job Description
SGS CAREERS – PH is seeking a dedicated Online Booking and Back Office Support professional. In this pivotal role, you will handle customer inquiries, gather essential information, and deliver effective solutions. You will assist clients in navigating our services while offering guidance and troubleshooting support to junior staff members.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary ranging from Php 18,00.00 to Php 26,00.00 per month, along with health insurance, flexible work schedules, and opportunities for advancement.
Work hours are primarily on weekdays, consisting of an 8-hour shift. Performance-based bonuses and commissions are also available.
