Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support, resolve issues efficiently, maintain accurate records, and continually improve our service.
Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent); experience is beneficial; must be available to work on-site.
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, available during the day or night.
