Job Description
CXC Philippines is looking for a meticulous CRM Data Specialist to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, accurate, and reliable customer account data, contributing to our data-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merge, delete, and cleanse account data utilizing CRM tools.
- Upload validated data using Salesforce Data Loader.
- Collaborate with team members on project updates and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations or data stewardship.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (6 months)
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00/month
