Job Description
Riviera Mercantile Systems Inc. is looking for a dedicated IT Technical Support Staff member to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications. You will monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, assist users through phone or in-person interactions, and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues.
Your responsibilities will include replacing hardware components as necessary, adhering to repair instructions, and facilitating the deployment of new applications. Additionally, you will manage user accounts and swiftly address any technical inquiries that arise.
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour work shift. We also offer supplemental pay, including a 13th-month salary.
