Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to oversee a diverse portfolio of over 100 customers, ensuring their success with SafetyCulture. In this role, you will focus on enhancing customer retention, driving product adoption, and fostering growth through insightful data analysis and scalable engagement strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of professional experience
- 2-3 years in a Customer Success position (preferably in SaaS)
- Proven experience managing large customer accounts
- Familiarity with Customer Success tools
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to support US-based customers
