Job Description
INOVUS BUILDING SOLUTIONS INC. is looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing due invoices for payment, verifying vendor information, and resolving discrepancies related to purchase orders and invoices. Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring and updating payment statuses, maintaining accurate supplier records, preparing aging reports, and ensuring timely payments to prevent operational delays.
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits include a pay raise and provided transportation services.
Schedule: 8-hour shift with supplemental pay, including a 13th-month salary and overtime pay.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in accounting.
Location: Biñan City 4024 04A, in-person work is required.
