Job Description
The Ramosco Group of Companies is actively seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Davao City. Candidates should hold a degree in a related 4-year field and possess proven experience in FMCG warehousing. The ideal candidate will be skilled in inventory management and dedicated to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receiving, dispatching, and quality assurance processes for goods.
- Measure and report on warehousing activities and employee performance.
- Implement efficient inventory and storage practices.
- Provide coaching to employees and manage workloads effectively.
