Job Description
DSG Sons Group Inc, based in Davao, is currently looking for a dedicated full-time on-site Human Resources Manager. In this pivotal role, you will assist the Group HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. As an HR Manager, you will serve as a key business partner to unit heads, driving HR strategies to align with organizational objectives while leading the HR team to success.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates should possess extensive experience in HR management, a strong knowledge of labor laws, and exceptional communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
This role offers a Monday to Friday day shift, along with a 13th-month salary and performance bonuses.
