Job Description
Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, situated in the vibrant Taguig business district, invites applications for the esteemed position of Chef de Cuisine. We are looking for an exceptional leader to manage our banquet kitchen team, which comprises over 20 skilled chefs.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Culinary Arts, along with 5 to 8 years of experience in modern cuisine and a proven track record of at least 4 to 5 years in a leadership role within a large kitchen environment. A strong grasp of food costing, budgeting, and menu planning is crucial.
