Job Description

Karasia Inc. is actively seeking an accomplished Accounting Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor invoices, preparing them for payment, verifying necessary approvals, and tracking payments. Emphasis will be placed on the continuous improvement of payment processes to enhance efficiency.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Proficient in computer applications with a solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Immediate availability is preferred

This is a full-time position offering benefits including company events, free parking, an 8-hour work shift, and supplemental pay.
