Job Description
As a Collection Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the collection process within our organization. Your responsibilities will include monitoring overdue accounts, implementing collection strategies, and ensuring efficient and timely collection of outstanding debts.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of collectors to achieve collection targets and objectives
- Review and analyze delinquent accounts, identifying potential risks and implementing appropriate collection strategies
- Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to negotiate payment arrangements
- Resolve customer queries and complaints regarding outstanding debts
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and progress
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in collections or related field is preferred.
