Job Description
SEA Olympus Marketing Incorporated is on the lookout for a qualified HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibilities include managing timekeeping systems, resolving attendance discrepancies, and addressing employee concerns. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting a positive work environment and collaborating closely with management to enhance employee engagement.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with HR software tools.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of Php14,00.00 to Php18,00.00, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
