Job Description
E&W Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Associate to become a vital part of our team in Ecoland, Davao City. This full-time position encompasses a range of administrative and operational responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Posting job openings and providing recruitment support
- Facilitating onboarding processes for new hires
- Managing employee benefits inquiries
- Maintaining accurate personnel records
- Promoting positive employee relations
- Utilizing HR software systems effectively
Qualifications: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
