Job Description
Picasso Bistro Inc. is actively seeking a diligent HR and Admin Assistant to support our restaurant and hotel group, comprising 50-70 employees. The ideal candidate will assist with payroll processing, timekeeping, memo drafting, candidate screening, and ensuring safe employee onboarding. We are looking for a team player who can also work independently to help us achieve our organizational goals.
Minimum qualifications include being fully vaccinated, familiarity with HR platforms and payroll software, a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, fluency in English or Filipino, timekeeping experience, and outstanding organizational skills. Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential characteristics we seek in our candidates.
