Job Description

Ayala Property Management Corporation is looking for a committed Billing Assistant to become part of our team in Calamba. The ideal candidate will manage Statements of Accounts, process payments, and oversee account receivables and payables. Additional responsibilities include protecting client collections, addressing inquiries, preparing account reconciliations, and assisting with monthly corporate bank reconciliation.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, along with relevant experience preferred. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and outstanding communication abilities are vital for success in this role.
