Job Description
Orkestra Communications is currently seeking personable and highly motivated HR interns to provide support to the HR & Recruitment Officers in day-to-day tasks and activities. This internship presents an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in kickstarting their career in Human Resources and gaining practical experience in areas such as recruiting, payroll, employee development, and HR policy coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Updating company databases with new employee contact information and employment details.
- Screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
- Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
- Tracking and organizing vacation days, time off, and sick leave data.
- Providing support in administering HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting with special projects, including report writing and research tasks.
- Performing other reasonably required duties.
Requirements:
- Must be currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Must possess an endorsement letter from OJT Coordinator/Professor/Dean.
- Must have a laptop or computer and a stable internet connection for a work-from-home setup.
- Minimum of 400 internship hours.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Salary: Php200.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
