Job Description
HV Architecture & Construction Services is on the lookout for a talented Junior Architect to enhance our innovative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning and design of buildings, ensuring that all project requirements are effectively met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive construction plans.
- Prepare and present architectural drawings for approval.
- Conduct feasibility studies and ensure adherence to all regulations.
- Compile blueprints and detailed construction reports.
- Assess environmental impacts and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Support project scheduling and budget management.
- Work closely with construction managers to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications: A degree in Architecture, along with strong communication and project management skills.
Salary: Php 12,00.00 – Php 20,00.00/month. Benefits include flexible scheduling and paid training.
