Job Description
CaldwellBPO Luzon is inviting applications for the position of Data Entry Specialist to become part of our expanding team. Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established standard operations and procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues in line with client expectations.
- Achieve one-call resolution while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting as required.
Qualifications:
- BPO experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- High School Diploma or ALS Certificate.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
