Job Description
EMPLOYEE RELATION/ENGAGEMENT
1. Implementation of various employee relations programs to maintain a positive and harmonious working environment.
2. Ensure employee compliance with the code of discipline and handle disciplinary actions for misconduct.
- Issue notice to explain to erring employees.
- Conduct administrative hearings, if necessary.
- Handle all administrative and labor cases.
- Represent the company in DOLE and NLRC.
- Issue office memorandums and orders.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Facilitate performance reviews for all employees (regularization, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reviews) and endorse them to their immediate superiors.
RECORDS MANAGEMENT
- Maintain HR files and database.
- Update and maintain employment status and related records.
- Create and update HR forms (Timekeeping Forms, Exit Interview Survey, NEOP Evaluation Survey, etc.).
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
