Job Description
Magic 8 and 8 Corporation is currently seeking a committed HR Administrative Staff member to join our human resources team. The role encompasses various administrative duties, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee responsibilities related to company assets such as vehicles, mobile phones, and laptops.
- Administer contributions for SS, Philhealth, and PagIBIG.
- Process employee PCF requests and update the master company list.
- Manage the Facebook Employee Page and other HR-related tasks.
Experience Required: At least 1 year in Human Resources.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Php14,300.00 – Php15,00.00 per month.
