Job Description
Flatworld Solutions Philippines is looking for a dedicated HR Associate to oversee benefits administration and assist in content creation. Key responsibilities include tracking new hires, conducting change audits, and managing content timelines for our digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated experience in benefits administration, exhibit strong organizational abilities, and thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments. Familiarity with agency management systems is a plus.
This full-time position requires employees to work on-site during evening shifts, with a competitive salary ranging from Php 20,00.00 to Php 25,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as paid training and complimentary staff meals.
