Job Description
Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc. is currently looking for a committed Desktop Support Engineer. This position entails the repair, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware to ensure optimal workstation functionality. You will be responsible for accurately troubleshooting issues and providing exceptional user support.
Your key responsibilities will include investigating, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues, managing service requests, and conducting preventive maintenance on PCs, laptops, and printers.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, one year of experience in end-user support, basic knowledge of network troubleshooting, and the ability to work onsite with a flexible schedule.
