Job Description
Orbit Teleservices Philippines invites you to join our dynamic team as a Gaming Assistant. In this exciting role, you will:
- Promptly and professionally address customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products, services, and company policies.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
No prior experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training to all new hires!
You will enjoy a weekday work schedule with weekends off, along with a competitive salary of up to Php26,00.00 per month. Additional benefits include Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage, 13th Month Pay, paid training, and performance bonuses.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, possess strong communication skills, and be a Filipino citizen with at least a diploma.
