Job Description
We invite you to join CaldwellBPO Luzon as an Email/Chat Support Specialist. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php20,00.00 to Php28,00.00, complemented by an exceptional benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and attractive incentives.
As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for adhering to standard protocols, troubleshooting basic issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective one-call resolutions.

Work schedule consists of 8-hour shifts, with opportunities for advancement and paid training available.
