Job Description
CPuentespina Design and Architecture is actively seeking a dedicated IT Support Staff member to enhance our team. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Technical Support.
Key responsibilities include installing hardware and software, troubleshooting system and network issues, and providing technical assistance to end-users. You will also conduct safety inspections on computer equipment and assist in the rollout of new applications.
This is a full-time position with a structured 8-hour shift.
