Job Description
Archon Philippines is looking for a dedicated Learning and Development HR Associate to enhance our team. In this position, you will play a key role in designing and delivering effective learning programs, managing training logistics, and supporting digital learning tools. Your contributions will also encompass organizational development, competency mapping, and initiatives aimed at leadership development.
Ideal candidates will possess 1–2 years of HR experience, strong project coordination skills, and a genuine passion for learning and growth. Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms and HR policies is advantageous.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering competitive benefits, including health insurance, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement. Work hours are Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts.
