Job Description
Telesys Global System is seeking a dedicated Hotel Booking Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring hotel reservations. In this role, you will manage inquiries and resolve booking issues while delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (college degree preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage high call volumes
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
