Job Description
Viventis Search Asia, Inc. is actively looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to enhance our shipping and logistics team. In this crucial role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering timely information regarding shipments and effectively addressing service-related issues.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage customer complaints, cultivate strong relationships, maintain high service quality, and handle inbound calls. Additionally, your responsibilities will include monitoring shipments, overseeing payment collections, and executing administrative tasks.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 monthly | Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
