Job Description
TeleCaldwell Careers is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Hotel Reservation Specialist, encompassing both Voice and Non-Voice roles. Your key responsibilities will involve adhering to standard operating procedures, escalating priority issues, ensuring one-call resolutions, and performing basic troubleshooting tasks.
