Job Description

  • BACHELORS DEGREE (ANY COURSE)
  • WITH AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN WORKFORCE SCHEDULING/MANAGEMENT.
  • THE CANDIDATE HAS TO HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A MANAGER ALREADY.

-3 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN A LEADERSHIP ROLE ALSO REQUIRED

PREFERRED: WITH FORECASTING, SCHEDULING, AND CAPACITY PLANNING EXPERIENCE. REQUIRED: EXCEL PROFICIENT. RTA BACKGROUND. BPO OPERATIONS BACKGROUND, WORK FORCE TOOLS LIKE Verint, Genesys, IEX, Aspect OR SIMILAR TOOLS

Reporting experience Power BI, Tableau, Python, is a big plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php80,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month

Schedule:

Experience:

  • Workforce Management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Leadership: 3 years (Preferred)
