Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Store Supervisor to manage daily operations at our ANTA store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies, leading sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include overseeing inventory management, supervising cashier functions, and addressing customer inquiries. A solid background in retail, particularly in shoes, apparel, and accessories, is preferred.
To qualify, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in management or a related field, along with at least 3 years of retail experience and excellent leadership capabilities. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from Php 15,00.00 to Php 17,00.00 per month, along with benefits.
