Job Description
Gael Spot Upholstery is seeking a committed Branch Personnel for our Enoc San Fernando Pampanga location. This role entails overseeing daily branch operations, managing personnel, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The selected individual will be responsible for monitoring financial performance to achieve sales and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee branch operations, including cash handling and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or complaints.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals.
- Train and mentor branch staff to enhance team performance.
Qualifications: Strong leadership abilities, proficient multitasking skills, and a solid understanding of branch operations.
