Job Description
Flatworld Solutions (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and committed Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support to our clientele. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English, ensuring prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer tickets efficiently and timely.
- Resolve customer issues with accurate solutions.
- Proofread responses for clarity and grammatical correctness.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is advantageous.
Salary: Php45,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
