Job Description
HLA Philippines is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Manager to enhance our team. In this role, you will oversee the complete in-store experience, ensuring top-notch customer service while efficiently managing daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include organizing the store, driving sales initiatives, conducting team meetings, and meeting sales targets.
We are seeking candidates with a bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of retail management experience. Excellent communication skills are a must.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Php24,00.00 to Php25,00.00, negotiable during the final interview.
