As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for My Cloud Crew. Your main responsibilities include conducting candidate searches, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilizing various sourcing techniques, you will identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.

Furthermore, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer. You will conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
