Job Description
Premier Heavy Equipment Inc. is searching for a dedicated Parts Manager to lead the inventory management, procurement, and distribution of parts, all while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing employee management, maintaining documentation, managing processes, and supervising budget allocations.
Key performance indicators for this role include achieving sales targets, ensuring accurate parts identification, and maximizing stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience, and demonstrate strong negotiation and analytical skills.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary between Php40,00.00 and Php50,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as health and life insurance, as well as opportunities for career advancement.
