Job Description
Are you a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for data analysis? Join our team as a Lead Data Analyst and play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making within our organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of data analysis, including data collection, interpretation, and visualization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, develop data models, and provide insights to enhance business performance and growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of data analysts and provide guidance in data analysis techniques and best practices
- Develop and implement data collection procedures and tools to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Analyze large datasets and develop statistical models to identify trends and patterns
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data-driven KPIs and measure business performance
- Create engaging data visualizations and dashboards to present insights to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as a data analyst, with expertise in statistical analysis and data modeling
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights
- Leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
