Job Description
Robinsons True Serve Hardware Philippines Inc. is currently looking for a motivated Selling Supervisor to guide our sales team. In this role, you will oversee sales associates to ensure they achieve their targets while providing training to improve their skills.
Your responsibilities include analyzing sales performance, addressing customer inquiries, managing store displays, and collaborating closely with the store manager to enhance overall operations.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of retail supervisory experience, along with strong leadership abilities and proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: Php 15,00.00 – Php 20,00.00 per month.
