Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about travel destinations, itineraries, and bookings.
  • Assist customers in making flight, hotel, and tour reservations.
  • Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to travel arrangements.
  • Provide guidance on travel documents, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
