Job Description
DSG SONS GROUP, INC. (Gaisano Malls) is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Associate to assist with essential HR functions. The role entails managing employee orientation, implementing policies, maintaining records, and overseeing HRIS. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, accompanied by 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the retail sector.
