Join our esteemed team at Edsa Shangri-La Manila, an exquisite five-star city-resort convention hotel located in the vibrant Ortigas Center. We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Manager for our Pool Bar to oversee operations, enhance profitability, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will be a college graduate with at least 5 years of experience in the international hotel industry, including 2 years in a similar managerial role. A thorough understanding of restaurant operations and Profit & Loss reports is crucial. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
