Job Description
Real Steel Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Head to lead our human resources division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, employee development, performance management, and the administration of compensation and benefits. Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR reporting is essential, along with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
As a key leader, you will uphold the confidentiality of employee data while fostering a professional work environment.
