Job Description
DSG SONS GROUP, INC. (Gaisano Malls) is actively searching for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Specialist. This vital position is responsible for attracting and recruiting top-tier talent to enhance our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate candidates’ qualifications through comprehensive interviews.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to fulfill staffing demands.
- Advertise job openings across diverse platforms.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, prior recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
