Job Description
Six Eleven Global Services & Solutions is searching for a dedicated IT Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with resolving IT and security incidents, as well as handling service requests from end-users. Your responsibilities will encompass troubleshooting issues, conducting daily system checks, monitoring customer backups, and maintaining precise documentation of your activities.
