Job Description
Argus Century Pacific Builders Alliance Corp. is looking for a qualified HR Generalist to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
The HR Generalist will oversee payroll, compensation, benefits administration, and ensure employee health and safety. Additional responsibilities include supporting the HR Manager during training sessions, managing labor relations, and facilitating onboarding processes.
Successful candidates must excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, and effectively prioritize their responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time, 8-hour shift.
