Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Property Management Admin Associate to join SOLANALAND DEVELOPMENT INC. In this role, you will manage administrative operations in our property management office, ensuring adherence to legal regulations and effective communication with the Homeowners Association (HOA) of the subdivision.
Your key responsibilities will encompass administrative task management, resolving homeowner inquiries, enforcing subdivision guidelines, coordinating with our Design Department, and working alongside security to maintain compliance.
This is a full-time position based in Angeles City and San Fernando, Pampanga. We offer attractive benefits, including health insurance, a company Christmas gift, and transportation services.
