The On-Site Coach at Shell Mobility plays a crucial role in the effective management of our service station. This full-time position focuses on operational oversight, team leadership, safety management, and providing outstanding customer service. Given our station operates around the clock, the On-Site Coach must be prepared to swiftly address any station needs or emergencies, ensuring seamless operations at all times.
